Telehealth consultations
Time to talk it through properly.
A nurse and a doctor, both part of your first consultation. Your nurse call takes 15 to 20 minutes and your doctor consultation about the same, and longer if you need it.
- Registered practitioners
- We don't own a pharmacy
- Two clinicians, one fee
- Every state and territory
Before you book
Everything a nurse will ask on the first call.
Here is the whole conversation, so you know what you are walking into before you book. It is the same set of questions for everybody who calls, and there are no right answers to any of them.
We ask you a lot of questions, and we would rather you asked us just as many. There are no wrong questions, asking does not count against you, and it is a reasonable thing to do before you agree to anything.
Your history
- 01 What has been going on, how long for, and how it has changed over that time.
- 02 Other medical conditions you live with, and any other treatments you are using.
- 03 What you have already tried. Prescribed, over the counter, physical, psychological, surgical. In what order, and for how long.
- 04 What helped before, even partly, and what stopped working after a while.
- 05 What made no difference, and anything you had to stop because of unwanted side effects.
- 06 What your day to day looks like, and what you would most want to change about it. Work, sleep, movement, relationships, and the things you have had to arrange around your health.
- 07 Anyone else involved in providing care to you, which could be your GP, a specialist, or anyone else treating you. We won't contact anyone without talking with you about it first, but we may need some information from other providers to give you the safest care. We'll always discuss this with you directly.
We ask you to fill out forms ahead of time so we have a picture to work from. Nothing you put into a form decides anything, and there are no right or wrong answers. We ask you about your life, and then we listen to what you tell us.
What happens, start to finish
Two clinicians working with you.

You, online
The intake form
You pick your nurse call time from a calendar as you go, so nothing waits on somebody ringing you back.
About 5 minutes -

Ahpra registered nurse
Your nurse call
Your full history, taken properly. You and the nurse agree the doctor time while you are still on this call.
15 to 20 minutes -
03
Ahpra registered doctor
Your consultation
Your doctor has read the nurse's notes before you meet. The decision is made during the consultation, not afterwards by letter, and the reasoning is written down for you to keep.
15 to 20 minutes

Being straight with you
You can say it plainly here.
You don't have to brace yourself for judgement, and you don't have to prove anything to us. We want to understand you and your life so we can care for you properly. Whatever you tell us is treated with respect, and the more you tell us, the better we can guide you. Nothing you say is a mark against you.
Not every health service is right for everyone. If we think you are better served elsewhere, we will say so plainly, tell you why, and help you find a service to go to. Nothing is decided ahead of time. You and your doctor talk it through, and together you decide the way forward. If your nurse or doctor decides this isn't the right service for you, we'll refund your consultation fee in full.
We see patients in every Australian state and territory, and you are welcome to ask for the name and registration details of whoever is treating you, at any point.
What this costs, all of it.

Consultation
$69
Taken when you book
If your nurse or doctor decides this isn't the right service for you, we'll refund your consultation fee in full.
-
Nurse and doctor
Included
Both consultations
There is no second fee between your nurse call and your doctor consultation. If you need to see a doctor again later, that consultation is charged at the same fee.
-
Anything prescribed
Variable
Set by the pharmacy
This sits outside the consultation fee. If anything is prescribed, you choose which Australian pharmacy fills it, your own local one included. That pharmacy quotes you directly, and you pay them. Neither the PBS nor Medicare pays towards it.

Why we are built this way
We do not own a pharmacy.
We don't own or operate a pharmacy, and we don't sell medicines. If a prescription is part of your treatment plan, it belongs to you and you decide what happens with it. You are free to choose any Australian pharmacy, and we can help you get in touch with one.
The difference between a clinic and a pharmacy is worth understanding, because it settles whose interests sit behind the advice. We charge a consultation fee, and that fee stays the same whatever the outcome.
We are not here to sell you anything, and nothing we earn depends on the treatment you receive. You are welcome to hold us to that.
Begin your care when you're ready.
A short intake online, then your nurse call and doctor consult. $69 taken when you book, and refunded in full if this isn't the right service for you.
About 5 minutes online to start. Your $69 consultation fee is taken when you book, and refunded in full if this isn't the right service for you.
You will not be rushed off the phone.
