How this works
You will know what happens next.
Every stage has a named person and a time attached. Here is what happens at each one, and who you will be speaking to.
- Registered practitioners
- We work within TGA requirements
- We don't own or run a pharmacy
- Every state and territory

Who we answer to
You have a right to know who is looking after you.
Every doctor and nurse here is registered to practise in Australia. That is not a badge. It means a named person is responsible for the decisions made about your care, and those decisions are overseen by the National Boards that register them.
Healthcare has rules, and they exist to protect patients. The rules we follow sometimes limit what we can do, and that is the point. They are the reason you can check up on us, and the reason we are accountable to the regulators and to you.
What we commit to
Seven things that happen every time.
Some of this should go without saying. We have set it out anyway, because what matters is what a clinic actually does when you are the one on the call.
None of it is a comment on anybody else. These are the things we commit to, and you are entitled to hold us to them.
How we assess
- 01 A clinician reads your history and then talks it through with you on a call. The form gives them a starting point, and nothing you put in it decides anything.
- 02 Whether something suits you is worked out in conversation with a practitioner who can ask follow up questions.
- 03 Both consultations happen with a person, on a call, so you can hear the reasoning and push back on it.
- 04 Your nurse call takes 15 to 20 minutes, and longer if you need it. The time is set by what you have to tell us.
How we are built
- 05 The consultation fee is the only money that reaches us. We do not own or operate a pharmacy, and we do not sell medicines.
- 06 If anything is prescribed, the prescription is yours. You choose which Australian pharmacy fills it, and we can help you find one.
- 07 The decision is made with you during your consultation, by the practitioner who assessed you, and you hear the reasoning at the time.
You are welcome to ask for the name and registration details of whoever is treating you, at any point.
If there are state rules that affect you where you live, we will go through them with you during your consultation, so the information you get is current. Rules change quickly, so it is worth confirming them again at your follow up appointments.
What happens, start to finish
Two clinicians working with you.
-
01
You, online
The intake form
You pick your nurse call time from a calendar as you go, so nothing waits on somebody ringing you back.
About 5 minutes -
02
Ahpra registered nurse
Your nurse call
Your full history, taken properly. You and the nurse agree the doctor time while you are still on this call.
15 to 20 minutes -
03
Ahpra registered doctor
Your consultation
Your doctor has read the nurse's notes before you meet. The decision is made during the consultation, not afterwards by letter, and the reasoning is written down for you to keep.
15 to 20 minutes
What this costs, all of it.
-
Consultation
$69
Taken when you book
Refunded if this isn't the right service for you.
-
Nurse and doctor
Included
Both consultations
There is no second fee between your nurse call and your doctor consultation. If you need to see a doctor again later, that consultation is charged at the same fee.
-
Anything prescribed
Variable
Set by the pharmacy
This sits outside the consultation fee. If anything is prescribed, you choose which Australian pharmacy fills it, your own local one included. That pharmacy quotes you directly, and you pay them. Neither the PBS nor Medicare pays towards it.
We see patients in every Australian state and territory. If we think you would be better looked after elsewhere, we will say so plainly and can help you find the right service. If your nurse or doctor decides this isn't the right service for you, we'll refund your consultation fee in full.
Begin your care when you're ready.
A short intake online, then your nurse call and doctor consult. $69 taken when you book, and refunded in full if this isn't the right service for you.
About 5 minutes online to start. Your $69 consultation fee is taken when you book, and refunded in full if this isn't the right service for you.
We work with you. Nothing happens without you being told why.
